So, all I have to think about when swimming is, (they say)

  1. Don’t lift your head
  2. Don’t press down with your hands on the water
  3. Bend your wrists, point  fingers to the bottom of the pool
  4. Clench butt cheeks in while pressing belly button upwards
  5. Don’t look in the direction you are travelling in
  6. Stop using your knees when you kick
  7. Exhale constantly/consistently, when mouth/nose is below the water
